One Night Stand
As I was joking with Siu Keong about this coming Friday’s outing, saying history might repeat itself – instead of getting one night stands, I would probably end up standing one night, he was shocked.

I am not going to discuss about my sex life here (because I don’t have one to begin with!).
I once had a friend who was totally open about her sex life. She just graduated from a university in Australia and came back a changed woman. In fact, as an innocent 23 year old, I looked up to her for guidance in the world beneath the blanket. I didn’t even know what a blowjob was till she told me. Goodness knows what porn I was watching then – must be too mild version where they blurred out the genitals. Yeah yeah! Laugh all you want.
What do you think of one night stand?
I am sure there are many people doing it now that it has become a normal past times. In fact, some of my friends who dated people from the internet complained that, out of 10, 9 guys would asked for one night stand without batting an eyelid.
One night stands are forgettable – not unless you are a freak like Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) in Fatal Attraction. The movie gave a stern warning to people, having extra marital affairs, of the possibility of emotional blackmail.
ONS is for people who could handle it. For those who has emotional baggage, it is not advisable to sleep around thinking it might eventually take your problems away. It does not. In fact, sometimes it would complicate matter.
I do not want to either advocate or go against ONS as I believe everyone has their own choices and decisions to make. To me, as long as you know what you are doing and accountable, do not hurt anyone in the process to attain pleasures, then by all means.
I can be quite liberal when it comes to this as I think, it’s our body so it is up to us on how we utilize it. To the hell with what other people think. Meaningless sex could be mind blowing sex.
On second thought, it maybe fun to hop from one bed to another to experiment… but towards the end of the day, when emptiness slowly sip into your bones, on a quiet and lonely night, the feeling of solitude might be too great to bear.
